Community Guidelines

Learn honestly. Share thoughtfully. Protect one another.

MasterMind Learn is a place for focused study, teaching, and responsible sharing. These guidelines apply to study sets, cards, notes, uploads, AI tutor conversations, practice material, Spryte names, and anything else you create or share through the service.

Private does not mean exempt

Privacy settings help control who can see a deck, but all use of MasterMind Learn must still follow these guidelines. Illegal, exploitative, dangerous, or abusive content is not permitted simply because it is private.

The standard we share

What belongs in this learning community

The same expectations apply whether content is written by you, imported from another service, copied into a shared deck, or created with AI.

Learn with integrity

Use MasterMind Learn to understand, practice, and teach—not to gain an unfair advantage. Do not upload or share active exams, confidential test banks, answer keys, or materials you are not allowed to distribute. Follow your school’s rules for collaboration and AI use.

Treat people with dignity

Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, targeted humiliation, hateful conduct, and discrimination are not welcome. Do not attack someone because of who they are or encourage harm toward a person or group.

Protect privacy

Do not put passwords, private messages, home or school addresses, phone numbers, personal email addresses, government IDs, exact locations, health or financial details, or private photos, audio, and video into shared content. Take extra care with information about minors.

Share only what you may use

Create original material or use content you have permission to share. Do not repost paid course resources, books, images, trademarks, or other protected work in ways that violate the owner’s rights. Credit a source when its license or your instructor requires it.

Keep content learning-focused

Educational discussion of difficult or mature topics can be appropriate when it has a clear learning purpose. Content that exploits people, sexualizes minors, promotes abuse or self-harm, celebrates graphic violence, or meaningfully helps someone commit wrongdoing is not allowed.

Use AI responsibly

Review AI-created cards, explanations, and practice questions for mistakes before relying on or sharing them. Do not use AI to impersonate, deceive, harass, cheat, produce harmful instructions, or expose someone’s confidential information.

Keep the platform trustworthy

No spam, scams, phishing, malware, credential theft, fake identities used to deceive, manipulation of rewards, automated abuse, attempts to bypass access controls, or interference with the service.

Before you share a deck

  • Review every imported or AI-generated card before you publish or share it.
  • Remove personal details, private classroom information, and confidential course material.
  • Choose private visibility for material that should stay with you or your class.
  • Give a deck a clear title and description so learners understand its subject and source.
  • Remember that sharing a deck does not transfer ownership of someone else’s work.

If a guideline is broken

We may consider the content, context, severity, risk of harm, and account history. Depending on the situation, MasterMind Learn may:

  • Reduce a deck’s visibility or make it unavailable to other users.
  • Remove content that violates these guidelines or applicable law.
  • Limit sharing, importing, AI, community, or account features.
  • Warn, suspend, or close accounts for serious or repeated violations.
  • Preserve or share information when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or an investigation.

See something concerning?

Do not copy or spread harmful material. Save the deck title or link and enough context to explain the concern, then use the available support or contact option. Urgent threats to someone’s safety should be reported to local emergency services.

MasterMind Learn cannot review every item before it is shared. Community reports help us respond, but they do not replace emergency services.
